Sigfredo Garcia was convicted of 1st degree, conspiracy & solicitation on Oct 11th ‘19. Katherine Magbanua was convicted of 1st degree, conspiracy & solicitation on May 27th 2022 for the murder of Dan Markel.
Dan Markel was murdered in his garage July 18th ‘14. He was a law professor at Florida State University.
*As Judge Hakienson said, “even if a person immediately regrets what they have done after a crime, the jury is supposed to hold that person accountable for what they have done.”
