Welcome to ewjtri, where we make all the training and racing mistakes so you don't have to. Then we pass the knowledge on to you. If you are already an off-road triathlete, interested in becoming an off-road triathlete or just curious about off-road triathlon then this is the place for you.
In today's video, I talk about the art of DISmounting your bike. This always occurs as you are approaching the second transition area (T2) after the bike leg in a triathlon, but likely occurs during the mountain bike leg multiple times during the race due to terrain or when races require it. I show you 3 ways (easy, medium, and hard) difficulty levels to getting OFF that mountain bike so you have a smooth transition and get on that run course as fast as possible! I hope it's helpful! Please put a comment below and enjoy the trails! Thank you!
p.s. For those wanting the quick and dirty cliff notes jump to 5:40 in the video!
