Chefs Brian Mellor and Paul Askew judge the 12 entrants shortlisted in the Make 28 Taste Great competition for Merseyside and Halton residents. The cook-off was held on 19th August after the closing date on 6th August. Winners in the starters, main course and desserts/drinks for ages 11-18 and over 18 were announced at Liverpool Food and Drink Festival on 8th September.
