Responding to a question from Eastern Counties MEP, David Campbell Bannerman in an International Trade (INTA) Committee meeting on the 23rd of January 2017, EU Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom agreed that the CETA deal, which doesn't include freedom of movement or fees for market access, would make a good model for a EU/UK strategic partnership agreement.
