In this episode, we will be at the first generation of air-assist which we designed for the Ortur Laser Master and other diode based lasers! However please note that plastic burns and use of this model is at your own risk! The model (three parts) will be out on Thingiverse (find it here: [ Ссылка ] ) and you will also need a short M3 bolt (see more here: [ Ссылка ] ) along with a 9mm x 0.5 tap for the laser lens (see more here: [ Ссылка ] ) as the lens needs to be super straight. In addition you will also nee a length of silicone tubing (others will pull too hard) and you can get a length of it here: [ Ссылка ]

Now I do recommend this for use with a G8 Lens which you can get here: [ Ссылка ]

Also for an air pump, we use a small inexpensive air brush compressor which you can find here: [ Ссылка ] with the pressure set to about 6PSI You will also need to source a new house and 1/4" to hose barb adapter (see more here: [ Ссылка ] ).

Note: this will also likely work on other similar diode lasers...
