Healthy Oatmeal Cookie Recipe | How To Make Low Calorie Oatmeal Coconut, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, & Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Ingredients and Instructions:
Mash one medium banana (100g)
Add in 3/4 cup (60g) quick oats
Combine until batter forms
Cover baking sheet with parchment paper
Use a Tbsp to add cookies to sheet
Bake at 350 degrees or 177 celsius for 9-12 minutes
Flavors I used for the video:
Coconut - 3 Tbsp (15g) unsweetened shredded coconut
Chocolate Chip - 1 Tbsp (14g) semi-sweetened mini chocolate chips Raisin - 2 Tbsp (20g) raisins
Macronutrients for each flavor (per cookie...recipe makes 10):
Coconut - 41 Calories, 1.5g Fat, 6.7g Carbs (1.1g fiber), 1g Protein Raisin - 38 Calories, .5g Fat, 7g Carbs (1g fiber), 1g Protein
Chocolate Chip - 38 Calories, 1g Fat, 7.2g Carbs (1g fiber), 1g Protein
