Belizean Stew Chicken

4 - 6 pcs chicken ( cleaned and skinned)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp finally chopped cilantro
1 tbsp finally chopped culantro
2 scallion chopped finely
4 cloves garlic
4 sprigs fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp
dried
1 habanero or scotch bonnet
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Approx 2 tsp recado (dissolved in 2 tbsp water) or 2 tsp paprika

Seasoning mix
1 Tbsp complete seasoning
2 tsp seasoned salt
2 tsp no salt seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
