Whole 30 day 2!
One thing I learned from the very first time we attempted whole 30 was you have to plan out your meals for the day.
Started the day with black coffee.
For breakfast we had scrambled eggs with spinach and mushrooms.
Snacks consisted of roasted sweet potatoes, banana, and mini rx bar.
Lunch Turkey meatballs (ground Turkey, chopped mushrooms, egg, seasonings) with a side of roasted Brussel sprouts and sweet potato.
Dinner was an instant pot chicken and potatoes soup. Best meals ever bc you literally throw everything into the instant pot, set it and forget it. Topped with avocado which added a lovely creamy texture.
