Phoebe Oduor, Remote Sensing Expert with the Regional Centre for Mapping of Resources for Development who works on the SERVIR project in Eastern and Southern Africa, outlines how Open Foris tools, such as Collect Earth, can support national reporting on land use and land cover changes. SERVIR is a technology project, established through a partnership between United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), in collaboration with regional institutions in East Africa, Himalaya and Mesoamerica.
