Have you driven in any of the provinces of the Philippines? "Province" generally refers to "out of the city" "country" driving. Depending on the regions the roads and highways vary considerably. This motorbike trip is the Argao to Dalaguete section of my trip from Cebu City to Moalboal taking the longer route over the mountains at Dalaguete.
