One of the features touted by Sony at this years CES is "One Touch Sharing" which allows devices to share files with one another using NFC, or Near Field Communication technology. Jarrod Foster of Sony gives us a demo mostly involving the Sony Xperia Z, using NFC and bluetooth to send music, pictures or video to another device.
The first demo showed "One touch listening," which is being able to transfer music output from a phone to a Hifi music system.
The second shows "One touch sharing/backup" transferring a photo taken on a phone to the Personal Content Station, which can then be shared to a tablet.
The last demo is "One touch mirroring," which displays the content on the mobile device on a television. The cool part to note is that the NFC contact is the remote, so you are not touching the TV, especially if it would be out of reach.
