are prismacolor pencils really as good as a lot of people say? in this video I am testing them for the first time and providing you with my opinion on these pencils.

To demonstrate the pencils I am drawing Rapunzel from the Disney movie Tangled.

Materials I am using:
- strathmore Toned Tan paper
- Prismacolor premier pencils 24 set
- HB graphite pencil for sketching
- white gelly rol pen
- white gouache to splatter the sparkels for the background
- eraser
