Rom&nd Lip Tint Alternatives at ₹299 🤷🏻‍♀️ Is it true ?

Packaging: The packaging feels sturdy and doesn’t come off as cheap.

Application: It layers evenly without getting patchy. However, I need two layers to cover slight pigmentation on my lips. Those with more pigmented lips may need to apply three layers for full coverage.

Color Payoff: The color ranges from sheer to buildable, allowing for a versatile look.

Feel on the Lips: It’s comfortable and weightless on the lips, making it easy to wear throughout the day.

Hydration: It’s hydrating only while the glossy finish lasts, which is around 1-2 hours. The gloss fades after eating.

Transfer Test: The glossy finish does transfer, but the stain itself is transfer-proof. It can be partially removed with micellar water, but not completely. This made it difficult for me to film lip swatches for other shades, as the remaining stain altered their appearance. The stain transfers slightly upon contact with water.

Long-Lasting Stain: The stain is even and more opaque with two layers, provided your lips are not two-toned. On two-toned lips, the stain may appear uneven, with some areas looking more or less vibrant. After 3 hours, the stain starts to fade slightly, and by the 8 hour mark, most of it has faded. This effect is similar to what I’ve experienced with Rare Beauty’s lip oil and other lip tints.

Tips for Best Results: If you have chapped lips, it’s best to scrub them before application to avoid an uneven, patchy stain. The stain finish is matte, so you can reapply or top it off with your favorite lip balm for added moisture.

Overall Verdict: At this price point, I think it’s a great buy if you love glossy lip tints that leave a stain.

These are quite similar in packaging to Rom&nd lip tints. But IMO these aren’t alternatives. They’re a good product on their own. However Rom&nd lip tints are more hydrating compared to these.
