Cleveland weather: December 19, 2024.
A quiet day in December weather-wise is hard to come by, but we'll have one today with cloudy skies and temps finding their way into the low to mid 30s. A few lingering lake effect flurries or light snow showers are possible this morning out east. We'll remain quiet tonight with cloudy skies and lows dropping back near 30.
Snow showers will return to the area by daybreak Friday as our next storm system zips in from the northwest. This system will blanket much of the upper Midwest with 4-8 inches of snow, but won't have as much bang for the buck as it moves into Ohio. Snow will be on and off Friday with plenty of breaks between the flakes. Temps in the low to mid 30s will negate any travel issues on treated surfaces during the day.
