I said I'd do an update on this after messing up the first one, anyway here it is. All I know is that this remote ID thing and the 249 g or standard batteries versus the plus batteries versus the Mini 3, Mini 4 Pro, and the Mini 3 Pro definitely can be confusing.
I just hope I covered everything and that It's all correct. I believe it is after studying and looking things over for 4 hours.
