I knew that the power supplies are a little bit sketchy so i opted for the version with the external psu, i didnt expect to see various exposed live wires.
luckily i got it cheap and can repair it and make it safe with relative ease.
i strip and check the air cylinder on my air arms ultimate sporter before testing a full refill from empty
the compressor itself is quite stout and fills in a sensible time scale. i will look into various moisture filters going forward
i will also convert some 280cc luxfer bottles into mini buddy bottles and we will test them in the future.
Please do not buy one of these compressors or the rebrands of it, unless you are absolutely certain you can check it is safely wired or check the wiring is adequate from factory.
the manual track pump i have been using for the last 10 plus years is an fx airguns made unit and has served me well although now it is getting a bit worn out.
i think i need to do a few more fills before im confident enough to refill the Air Arms xti50 or the Anschutz 9015.
unfortunately its been to wet and windy for any accuracy testing videos lately but as soon as the weather breaks ive got some cool stuff to test.
