Hey guys! Welcome back to the channel! Today we're in for an off-season raw workout making the most of all my calories to push more and grow!! I’m currently the heaviest weight I’ve ever been and I'm feeling good for it!!

DB Incline Press 12,10,8,8
Chest Supported Cable Fly 12,12,12,12
Plate Loaded Inc Press 6-7,6-7,6-7 Dropset last set
DB Pullover Superset with Hex Press 12,12,12,12
FST-7 CHEST PRESS 10,10,10,10,10,10,10
As you can see above I did a variety of heavy pressing and lighter isolation movements to ensure I hit everything and leave nothing left in this workout. I also added in FST-7 for the last exercise to shock my chest due to the overload in sets and reps.
