Jeff in his talk at TEDxHKUST redefines what it means to have a life and what it is that actually makes us happy. Using scientific research and personal anecdotes he talks about how finding a passion and purpose we can all achieve the happiness we want.

Jeff Anello is a professional performer and sanguine educator, from New York U.S.A, currently working on the indie band project The Anello. Recently South China Morning Post Young Post featured him in an editorial about performing with passion, providing POP Presentations and directing interactive performances such as the Creative Mornings event in Hong Kong.
