Video describing how to install an external bearing bottom bracket, FSA BB386 MegaEVO.

1. Clean bicycle frame bottom bracket shell, and clean and grease all crankset parts.

2. Insert bottom bracket sleeve (including o rings).

3. Install drive side bottom bracket cup using Park Tool BBT-29 by turning counter clockwise. Torque 40-50 Nm.

4. Install non drive side bottom bracket cup using Park Tool BBT-29 by turning clockwise. Torque 40-50 Nm.

Tools
Park Tool BBT-29 for 16 notch bottom bracket cups with a 48.5mm outside diameter (this tool also works with Shimano 39mm diameter cups).

Note: The bicycle bottom bracket external bearing assembly in this video is the FSA BB386 MegaEvo Road. MegaEvo is a threaded bottom bracket that allows the installation of a BB386EVO crankset into a standard 68mm BB shell with BSA threading.
