Madhya Pradesh government has declared the film ‘The Kerala Story’ tax-free in the state. “The film ‘The Kerala Story’ exposes the horrific truth of terrorism, religious conversion and love jihad. This film exposes the design of terrorism. The film makes us aware. We have made a law against religious conversions in MP. All should watch this movie. Therefore, we are making this film tax-free,” said CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan in a video message posted on his official Twitter account. ‘The Kerala Story’ has been in the eye of controversy since the release of its teaser. The movie is based on the forced conversion and radicalisation of women in the state of Kerala.
