Inspired by @hoosierpulls4689 video on his Julio Rodriguez parallel, we sent in a damaged insert to see how/IF Topps made it right.

While the monetary value of a card is important, it isn't everything to a collector. It shouldn't matter if the "hit" is a $2 insert or a $200 auto, damaged products should be replaced. To a collector that $2 insert of their favorite player may be their only chase!
I was pleasantly surprised how topps came through. Not only did they replace the card ahead of schedule, but they gave us a better one!
