Police have charged a California husband with murder after they say evidence shows he poisoned his wife with nicotine to collect on her life insurance policy. Paul Curry is facing life in prison without parole after testing showed a fatal amount of nicotine in Linda Curryâs system, and Linda was not a smoker.
