Regarding the PTE score: I have read about that Concordance report article dated 1/12/20. And Immigration website has not updated any change on their website & still the requirement as per them is 79 as on 17/1/21. They have last updated on 11/1/21 & they have mentioned on their website that " Any changes to the scores will only be made after careful consideration. Where scores change, a warning notice will be put on this website with information on how it may impact you." 
Home Affairs is the most trusted website & Do keep checking their website for all updates.
