Vennila Cake Recipe:

Vanilla cake - ( 9* 13” rectangle pan )

All purpose flour. - 2/3 cup
Baking powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
Egg - 4 no’s
Whole milk - 1 cup
Butter - 1 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp


Strawberry buttercream frosting :
Butter - 4 cups
Strawberry purée - 1/3 cup
Strawberry essence - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar - 7 cups
Heavy whipping cream or milk - 1 tbsp


Vanilla cupcakes ( 12 cupcakes )

All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Egg - 2 no’s
Whole milk - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 1/2 tsp
