More than 100 people have been honoured as part of the labour movement's May Day Awards 2020. They have been recognised for their efforts in improving the wages, welfare and prospects of workers. Making this year's list were some 50 union leaders, 42 labour movement and tripartite partners, as well as 13 workers. In a Facebook post, labour chief Ng Chee Meng said the work of union leaders often goes unnoticed, and he thanked them for dedication and commitment.
