In one minute, I go over a strategy for crafting upgraded tailwind/onslaught on kill boots with 30% movement speed. Adding life or ES and resistances also raises their value. This method is cheaper than buying an already upgraded tailwind base by making it yourself, but you only have 50% chance to hit the mod you want with the Orb of Dominance.

There are ways to add elusive using Harvest crafting, and a veiled mod using the Syndicate mechanic. This vid does not showcase these strats.
