"This is shameful." GOP Sen. Tom Cotton got heated while questioning Attorney General Merrick Garland on a recent memo he sent regarding violent threats against officials at school board meetings. Cotton even went so far as to "thank God" Garland wasn't on the Supreme Court, saying he should "resign in disgrace" over the memo.
