Dowsil contractor's paintable sealant is a hybrid sealant that has both the combined benefits of silicone and polyurethane. The sealant is paintable with latex-based paints and has primeless adhesion on most common porous and non-porous substrates; even including concrete. The sealant has excellent UV resistance and weathering properties and will not yellow over time. It has a low odor and low VOC formulation with low movement capabilities, being able to be used in a wide variety of applications and temperature ranges.
