Kellie Stewart, Director of our Children's Services, shares the different pathways for people to get into the Early Childhood Education and Care sector. Educators (or child care workers as they are widely known - though they are much more than that) have to gain the minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care to be able to work in Child Care and Education Centres. They can also go on to do their Diploma, and even a Bachelor's, to tap into career progression opportunities.
