Ingredients
* 2 Cups self-rising flour
* 1 tsp Yeast
* 1 1/4 tsp Sugar
* 1 1/4 tsp Salt
* 2 Tbsp Powdered milk
* 1 Egg
* 1 1/3 Cup water
Method
1. In a bowl add all the ingredients
2. Mix ingredients till well combined using a hand mixer or standing mixer
3. Cover & let sit on the counter for at least an hour or overnight
4. Heat a pan on medium-low
5. Add a little oil and spread
6. Using a ladle mix dough
7. Scoop some dough out and pour into the middle of pan
8. Swirl dough around the pan using the ladle (do it quickly before the dough sets)
9. Cover & cook till brown
10. Enjoy!
NOTE: The first and second canjeero always gets messy to swirl, because of the oil. So don’t freak out, just keep going!
