THE GRASSHOPPER
1 oz heavy cream
1 oz green crème de menthe
1 oz white crème de cacao
add all ingredients to shaker
shake with ice
double strain into an up glass

THE GRASSHOPPER Pousse-Café
1 oz heavy cream
1 oz green crème de menthe
1 oz white crème de cacao
use a small narrow glass
add crème de cacao to glass
pour the crème de menthe slowly over the back of a spoon positioned against the side of the glass at the wash line
repeat for heavy cream
