We’re getting ourselves super organised this year and brewing our beers for the festive season already! All to bring you a new playlist topic, brewing seasonally.
Brewing a beer for a specific time of the year takes planning, thought and purpose. Sometimes these things need a nudge when we’re all leading busy lives so here at TMMHQ we thought about how we might offer some inspiration and as such the idea of a few videos at key times of the year to inspire you to brew your next seasonal offering came from.
In this weeks video Rob and Rakey brew the beers they love to drink at Christmas, in May! Rob has gone with the deeply complex and challenging brew of a Baltic Porter, this lager fermented porter is really unique and the pairing of the lager yeast with the multi layered malt bill works wonders when delivered well! Rakey on the other hand is trying his first go at brewing one of the beers he loves the most, Fuller’s Vintage Ale. This beer is a limited annual release from the Fuller’s Griffin Brewery and is loved by beer lovers everywhere!
