In January, I discovered over-the-counter raw thyroid supplements and experimented with one particular one for a few weeks. At first, it seemed like a true godsend, but problems started surfacing later. Then I did a blood test and realised that things were actually getting worse. Only recently, with a better understanding of adrenal and cortisol issues, I finally understood why the raw thyroid supplement wasn't a good match for my body. This video isn't meant to scare you off from trying similar supplements. It's meant to encourage you to research and test yourself better before trying powerful supplements like this. If you're experiencing underactive adrenal glands and low cortisol in addition to low thyroid, a supplement like this could be amazing for you. But if you have high cortisol like me, be careful! I really hope this will help you out in your own thyroid healing journey.
