American rock band Heart made this song a number-one US and Canadian hit in 1987.
The Shadows made an instrumental version for their 1989 album “Steppin’ to the Shadows.
My version was a request and is based on The Shadows instrumental.
Recorded using my Alan Brason custom Stratocaster fitted with Kinman FV-HMS pickups on bridge position.
Into Alesis Quadraverb Q2 with Echoes from the past patch 0-36 and into cubase on the computer (no amp used) For the distorted sections I used a Carl Martin “Plexitone” drive set to approx ¼.
The Backing Track came from Karaoke Custom backing tracks
