Caledonian MacBrayne held public information sessions on 27 March and 30 March 2023 to discuss the new booking and ticketing platform which is launching on 25 April 2023.

The new booking and ticketing platform will help to enhance our customer experience, improve operational efficiency, ease disruption management issues and help optimise capacity management across the fleet.

At the sessions, we had 240 members of the public attend, and responses to all questions submitted are now published on the dedicated page on our website: calmac.co.uk/ticketing/project-presentation-events
