Studios Efi is located at the beginning of Kala Nera, in the quiet part of the village, on the first road next to the see.
Kala Nera is a small village in the Pagasetic bay, not far from Volos (Greece), which, gratfully to tourism, has being developed into a beautiful place for vacation.

The house itself is surrounded by a beautiful garden that is in natural shade practically throughout the whole day. The back garden has a direct exit to the sea. The first belt in the sea is stony, with sea urchins from then to there, and after frist two meteres the see bottom is sandy. Local people cleared paths in the sea (moved stones from the bottom of the see), so people are swimming here as well.
But, you have beautifull city beach few minuts away, in natural shade all day long, as well as the way to the beach.
Studios Efi offers two rooms appartment, with two bathrooms, kitchen, balcony and garden view, where 6-8 people can be placed. As well, there are two seperate appartments, each for 3-4 people, with kitchen, bathrom and see view.
For your car there is fenced parking lot in natural, olive trees shade, approximetly 50 meters from the yard.
The owner is one artistic soul, good person, Mrs. Efi. She does not speaks English at all, but you may use Google translate for simple conversation. She is very pleasent. As well, she paints ortodox icons and has excellent domestic olive oil, cold-fried.
