How is the Real Estate market in Prescott?
The market action index this week came out at 31 which shows a slight seller's advantage. But is it really still a sellers market, with houses sitting for sale in average three months, and with 58% of houses for sale experiencing a price reduction?
I don't think so. The Real Estate market in Prescott has reached a plateau, and now we experience some moderate price reductions. But not in all cases.
Prescott's Real Estate market is such in demand that nice houses in desirable locations still hold their value quite well!
