Epic Pulled Pork Sammy’s
Ingredients
5 lbs boneless pork shoulder
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup ketchup
½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup water
1 Epicure pulled pork seasoning packet
Materials
1 gallon-sized freezer bag
Instructions
To Freeze and Cook Later
Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and “use-by” date.
Add all ingredients to your freezer bag. Swoosh really good to mix seaonings
Remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze.
To Cook
Thaw freezer bag overnight in the refrigerator or in water in the morning.
Pour contents of freezer bag into your crockpot.
Cook for 6-8 hours on “low” setting.
Shred pork with forks and serve on a bun with a side of french fries and cole slaw (top with BBQ sauce if you want it extra saucy)
