Ingredients:
🔹 200g sliced almonds
🔹 25g Instant Oat Flour 2.0 (unflavoured)
🔹 75g Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate
🔹 2 tablespoons 100% Coconut Sugar
🔹 2 tablespoons Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
🔹 Half a teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
🔹 120ml soy cream
Preparation:
🔹 First, preheat the oven to 160°C (top and bottom heat).
🔹 In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. Then add the soy cream. Add the sliced almonds and oat flour, mix until well combined.
🔹 Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 160°C. For extra golden, crispy biscuits, drizzle maple syrup over the dough before baking.
🔹 Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Cut the warm dough into your preferred shape, such as small squares.
🔹 Melt the dark chocolate with a little coconut oil in the microwave. Dip half of each biscuit in the chocolate and let them cool on parchment paper.
