Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto will attend the SCO Foreign Ministers’ meet in India. As India chairs the SCO, invitations have been sent to all the member nations including Pakistan, China. The Foreign Ministers’ meet is scheduled to be held in Goa on May 4-5. Notably, Bilawal would be the First Foreign Minister from Pakistan to visit India in 12 years. Amid strained India-Pak ties, Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry announced Bhutto’s visit to India. Notably, Pakistan has skipped key meets of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation held in India. However, Pakistan joined SCO Chief Justices' meet virtually hosted by India in March this year. SCO has Russia, India, China, Pakistan, and four central Asian countries - Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan as its members.
