In this video I'll be splitting the forks on my 1997 Honda CBR600 F3, taking all the components apart, then refitting them with new sliding bushes, oil seals and fork oil. The process is roughly the same for most bikes fitted with right way up (RWU) forks, but is totally different for bikes with upside down (USD) forks. Please check before carrying out any work on your bike.
