Sudan's army has announced the evacuation of diplomats and nationals from several countries due to ongoing conflict. Saudi Arabia has already evacuated over 150 people, and Spain is sending six planes to evacuate its citizens. Foreign embassies have been unable to bring their citizens home due to the closure of Khartoum's international airport. The conflict has entered its second week, with a three-day ceasefire agreed upon for the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Fitr, but fighting has continued.
