Dr. Mike’s new invention is JUST what you need! Kidding. The level of ridiculousness here isn’t much higher than some of the actual products out there on the market though. You don’t need some fancy (or ridiculous) gadget to strengthen. Keep it simple people! @DocJenFit has a great exercise here that you can do at home without any added gadgets!
As a society, we spend a lot of time typing whether it’s on a computer, a smartphone, or a tablet. Strengthening the extensors and flexors in the forearm can help you with your wrist pain. Actively loading the muscles through their range of motion is likely to generate more long-term improvement than just passively stretching them. Strengthening throughout your entire range of motion gives you more control and stability and is likely to decrease your risk of injury.
