American pro eater Randy Santel versus Rhodes Family Diner's 5-Pancake Stack Breakfast Challenge at Rhodes Family Diner in Medina, Tennessee just north of Jackson, TN!! A few days after finishing up my final class to earn my Master's Degree in Dietetics from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and before leaving with @KatinaEatsKilos on our end-of-the-year holiday travels to see our families and celebrate Christmas and some birthdays, I headed west from Nashville to the Jackson, Tennessee area so I could attempt two huge and delicious restaurant food eating challenges. For challenge #2, I stopped at Rhodes Family Diner in Medina, Tennessee so I could attempt their massive 5-Stack Pancake Breakfast Challenge which has never been beaten my any beginner or even amateur competitive eaters. Only my professional competitive eating friends @DaGarbageDisposal, @TheHealeyum, and @EliLessig are on the Wall of Fame for completing the huge pancakes challenge. There are five extra thick plate-sized buttermilk pancakes which come with all the syrup and butter you want and/or need, and are just optional. Finish all five within the one hour (60 minutes) time limit and you win the $10.99 breakfast meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Rhodes' Wall of Fame!! BIG thanks to the Rhodes family and everyone with Rhodes Family Diner in Medina, Tennessee for the wonderful breakfast food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all my friends who came up that Friday morning to watch and meet me!! I appreciate everyone in the Medina / Jackson area and all around Tennessee who watches videos and supports our hard efforts!!
