In December 2024 I visited Siargao Island during the final building stages of Kabibi holiday Villas. On the day of my arrival all power was lost on the Island due to a broken underwater supply cable. It quickly became a state of emergency as locals rushed to buy generators , ice and Solar equipment. I still managed to make the most of the situation and captured some of the local culture along the way. This is not a holiday video but more of a behind the scenes local experience.
