The Wilsons board a lighter and transfer to the liner George Washington in the harbor. Shows rope-climbing, boxing, and wrestling contests on the liner. The Presidential party transfers to a lighter in Boston harbor. Wilson greets the reception committee on the pier. Reel 2, Wilson leads a parade in Washington, D.C.
