At the height of COVID and George Floyd, many companies rushed to make statements about their commitments to diversity, equity and inclusion while those that remained silent were called into criticism.
On an episode of @anthonyoneal hosted by Anthony ONeal, he invited me to share details about what all of this means, how organizations should get real about DEI, how Black professionals can advocate for greater equity, and how all of us can navigate this new normal together.
He posed the question to me, “do white-owned companies care about Black people?”…and wow, the convo got real!
