A war of words has once again escalated between Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena soon after the latter accused Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of "deliberately breaching the protocol" and criticised the state government for being absent from Raj Ghat and Vijay Ghat on Sunday, on the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri.
