What is intuitive art?

Intuitive art is a spiritual, connected art process that allows the art to lead the way as images form through the layers of paint and a variety of other media. Intuitive art is a process of creating art using an inner awareness that is heart centered and does not rely on analysis or head based questions.

I use intuitive art as a method to assist my clients and myself to become more mindful in the present moment, as well as to become more aware of the subconscious thoughts and feelings.

I used watercolour in this session, but intuitive art is not limited to any particular medium. You can use ink, acrylic or oil, there really is no limitations. Enjoy what ever medium you prefer.
