Jones CMV5, semi automatic continuous motion vertical cartoner capable of speeds from 40 to 120 cartons per minute - speeds depending on materials and application. Has 5" centers for a carton size range: (length) 1-1/4" to 4-1/4" (width) 1" to 4-1/4" (depth) 3" to 8". Has a 5'L extended frame for 10' L loading area on each side of machine. Uses belt closure & has lexan interlocking guards. has a Nordson hot melt system, can be modified for straight tuck, fifth panel or glue for additional cost. On casters and leveling screws.
